Customer Reviews
Got a good deal on a commuter e-bike
So I was looking for a cheap e-bike for getting around town and saw Viviebikes. Picked up one of their Commuter E-Bikes. It got here pretty quick, like under a week I think. Setting it up wasn't too bad, just had to put on the front wheel and stuff. Rode it to work a few times already, and it's been great. Handles hills way better than my old regular bike. Battery lasts a while too, which is nice. No complaints really, pretty happy with it.
Good bike, delivery was slow
I bought a Vivi 500W Electric Bike. The bike itself is pretty solid for the price point, especially for an entry-level e-bike. It rides well and the motor has enough power for my commute. My main gripe was the shipping time; it took almost two weeks to get to me, which felt a bit long. Assembly was straightforward enough, but the instructions could've been clearer. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase, but faster shipping would make it a much better experience.
Decent e-bike for the price
I bought a Vivi Electric Mountain Bike. Shipping was okay. Assembly was simple. Bike works well. Good value.
Vivi 20 inch Folding E-Bike experience
I recently ordered the Vivi 20 inch Folding E-Bike. The ordering process on their website was smooth, and I received an order confirmation right away. Shipping took about 9 days to arrive in upstate New York, which was within the estimated window. The bike came mostly assembled, requiring me to attach the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. All necessary tools were included. I had a question about adjusting the brakes, so I used their online chat support, and a representative responded within a few minutes with helpful advice. The bike itself feels sturdy and folds easily for storage, which was a big plus for my apartment. The battery life seems accurate to what was advertised for my commutes. I did notice the seat wasn't super comfortable on longer rides, so I might upgrade that later, but for general use it's fine. Happy with the overall quality for the price.
Love my new Step-Thru E-Bike
Oh my gosh, I just received my Vivi Step-Thru Electric Bike and I absolutely adore it! It arrived super fast, like way quicker than I thought it would. Putting it together was a breeze, even for me. Riding it is so much fun; it makes my commute feel like a joyride. The motor is powerful and the battery lasts ages. This bike is fantastic, I'm so glad I chose Vivi!
Another solid purchase from Vivi
This was my third purchase from Viviebikes; I got a new E-Bike Charger as a spare. Just like my previous orders for a Fat Tire Electric Bike and some Waterproof Bike Panniers, everything arrived as expected and on time. The charger works perfectly with my bike. I keep coming back because their products are consistently reliable and the prices are fair for what you get. Never had an issue with any of their stuff. They're a dependable store for e-bike gear.

Are Vivi bikes decent quality for the price? I'm looking at a commuter model but don't want something that feels super cheap.
What's the return policy like if I get a bike and it's not what I expected? Is it a hassle to send back?
Do these come mostly assembled? Or am I gonna be building a whole bike from scratch?
Does anyone know if they offer a student discount? I'm trying to save some cash.
Thinking of getting the 500W fat tire bike. What's the weight limit on these things? I'm a bigger guy.
